[STEP 1] READ THE FUND’S DOCUMENTS CAREFULLY

Download and read the Product Disclosure Statement (PDS), Additional Information Booklet (AIB) and Target Market Determination (TMD).

[STEP 2] COMPLETE THE APPLICATION FORM AND CERTIFY REQUIRED DOCUMENTS

Download and complete the application form and prepare your identification documents (either):

  1. Driver’s License (Both Sides);
  2. Passport (Photo & Signature Pages); or
  3. Identity Document (Both Sides)

  • For Australian investors, please find the list of authority here that can certify your required documents
  • For non-Australian investors, your required documents are preferably certified by a Notary Public.

  • All payment must be in AUD only
  • No cash or third party payment will be accepted.

2. Your payment cheque must be in Australian dollars, drawn on an Australian branch of a bank in the name of the investor and crossed not negotiable. Third party cheques are not acceptable.

Where you use EFT, as you may incur fees, please ensure that the amount we receive is net of fees and matches the investment amount on the Application Form. Please attach a copy of the EFT receipt to the Application Form.

Providing Identification Details

The Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 requires investors in the i Capital International Value Fund, to provide identification details and certified copies of the identity documents specified in the application form. Where any required document provided is in a language that is not English, it must be accompanied by an English translation prepared by an accredited translator.

We do not return identity documents to investors, so please do not send original documents to us.
