She will be responsible for the company's and funds operations which include
day-to-day trade processing and settlements, monitoring of corporate actions,
cash and valuation reconciliations, process subscriptions, redemptions and
transfers, liaising with service providers, maintaining fund accounting systems,
implementing process improvements, etc.

Handling people at various levels requires you to have a pleasant personality. As
the learning curve is steep, the job needs unwavering commitment,
resourcefulness and integrity. Excellent written, interpersonal and relationship
management skills are required as she will be dealing with all levels of stakeholders.

She should have 3-4 years' experience in trade settlements and fund
administration with a funds manager or custodian, with a good understanding
of unit trusts or managed investment schemes. A degree in Accounting,
Banking & Finance, Business Administration, or ICSA is needed.
